I had a hard time choosing because there are many company choices, but I like Cts products. It offers two choices, be catless or with a cat. Whatever your choice of company, you should know that changing the downpipe means that it will smell with or without cat.
I chose to take without cat. I wanted as much flow as possible.
It's not so easy to change the downpipe, you need some special tools and a little time because the first time it can take times. You should also be aware that this modification may break your warranty.
My first impression after installation, the sound is just amazing. One of the problems that I may have noticed is that the fact that I did not take a cat or that I did not flash a company (because I use a Jb4) I have a check engine. The easiest way is to find the right O2 spacer. For now, I'm still looking at the possibilities. Another point is that it greatly increases the heat in engine bay, so I also look to put an exhaust wrap on the downpipe.
